CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aura Design, we are committed to delivering the finest home decor items to elevate your living space. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the type of product you've ordered:
- For these items (mats, baskets, cushions, rugs, wall hangings, pouffes) you can cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
- If you choose to cancel before shipping, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 or the payment gateway charges, whichever is higher, will be applied.
- Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible unless the item is damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are dedicated to providing a replacement or refund.
- To request a refund for damaged or defective items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
- Once your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be added to your store credit valid for 3 months from credit issue date.
- For products that are customized, once we have successfully delivered the product and left your premises, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests.
- To ensure your satisfaction, we strongly recommend your presence during the product delivery, allowing you to inspect the item for quality and condition.
- Any concerns about the product's condition or quality should be addressed at the time of delivery or within the terms of our 1-year warranty.
